We want you to love your Sand Cloud gear as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, our streamlined process makes it easy to find your perfect fit or get your money back.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to pull up your purchase history.

• 2.
  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the return from the dropdown menu.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
